Why Anyone Should Become A Better Person

Why Anyone Should Become A Better Person

I'll tell you straight and loud: you should become a better person. Not necessarily for the reasons you imagine.

For example, I don't think good reputation is the main benefit of improving yourself.

Don't get me wrong. I love being well-liked as much as the next person, but there's more value in improving oneself than simply improving relationships or reducing aversions.

When I think back to the years spent on my personal growth, Here are the most valuable benefits I discovered:

You improve the lives of those around you

Being a better person means benefiting other people in a meaningful way.

My experiences have reflected this. While I was working as a chef in hotels in 5 stars I learned a lot of things, not only professionally but also as a person and manager.

At the same time I have seen my team grow and improve day after day and today they are at the top of their profession, best husbands, fathers and sons. in conclusion, better people.

Improving yourself is the most effective way to improve the lives of those around you. Nowhere is this more true than doing so with personal growth.

There will be days that you don't feel like learning something new. There will be difficulties in life that will force you to start all over again. There will be times when others see you fail.

And if you continue anyway, you will become an inspiration and point of reference for your friends, family members, collaborators and colleagues.

You Attract The Best People Into Your Life

People who work hard to improve themselves tend to be supportive people, but also selective with those who spend time together.

Understands working together with people in the same position, it makes everyone stronger. They earn more than they put in, pushing them to give more and more as they build strong relationships.

A win-win situation.

This also happens the other way around. Spend time with people who don't want to improve, and you will notice that they will take more than they contribute. This pushes you to do less, but this creates resentment and discord in human relationships.

The interesting part is that in both situations every step makes sense for everyone involved, but the results are vastly different.

There is nothing that makes you feel more confident and strong in the quality of the people around you.

If you fall during the life journey, you know there is someone ready to help you.

But there is more. The best people will help you grow into the best version of yourself, that's the reason they came into your life.

What could give you more confidence than this in achieving your goals?

Sometimes, the people who are close to you can do more to your confidence than all the positive thoughts in the world.

More Better, The More You Accomplish.
The More You Accomplish, And the happier you are

“If you are not willing to risk it, you can't grow. And if you can't grow up, you can't get better. And if you can't become your best self, you can't be happy. And if you can't be happy, so what else is there?” – Les brown

There is nothing more important of happiness.

Knowing that you are in control of your life frees you to live by giving you a deeply satisfying feeling that filters into every moment of your life..

I think this freedom — this ability to explore, create, connecting and contributing to the world — is one of the greatest benefits of improving yourself.

Continuously and consciously improving myself has positioned me to deliver greater impact and contribute more value in everyday life. In my case, that means writing about health and wellness, be more present with the family, and explore the world.

When you improve yourself, you start creating instead of consuming, and this makes you a fulfilled person knowing that you contribute to the world.

This is why I strongly believe in this community of super-humans who don't just want to improve themselves, but also contribute to the world.

Our community is full of people who want to better themselves, who are enthusiastic and at the same time want to help the people around them.

Imagine if you spent all day surrounded by people like that? What your world would be like?
